Burgundy Regional Wine Dinner

The oenophiles delight, Burgundy is home to so many more options than the (no doubt excellent) powerhouse Pinot Noirs and Chardonnays. Mercurey, Maconnaise, Bouzeron, Maranges, Monthelie, Pouilly Loche, St Veran, are but a few of the possible appellations we could try.
In this dinner we are looking to shine a light on the lesser-known, further-flung corners of this most famous of regions, using wine and food alike.
