For the finale of our 2019/20 Wine Dinner season we pit two favorite varietals against eachother: Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot.
With examples from France and America, we will explore the differences and similarities across many styles.
We’ll try 8 wines paired with 5 courses tailor-made by our chefs.
